You have to sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily to get your teared tissues recovered.

If you workout at night then do complete your workout 1 hour before your bedtime.

The reason you want to complete it 2 hour before bed time because when we workout our breathing pattern changes.

We take long breaths for our muscles but too get a better sleep we have to take short breaths.

That’s why complete your workout 2 hour before bedtime.

Short breaths are for brain and when you take short breaths you will experience better sleep.

Improper sleep means bad digestion and which means our body was not able to get the nutrients properly.

Food

It’s not like we have to follow the most strict diet to get those muscles.

Eat good amount of proteins, carbohydrates and good fats.
